Cheese and Chili Pepper Squares (Appetizers)
Ingredients
1 lb Monterey cheese
1 lb cheddar cheese
4 beaten eggs
4 beaten eggs
1 (4 ounce) can chopped chili peppers
1/4 cup milk
Directions
*Layer half of the cheeses in a pan.
*Sprinkle some peppers, then add the rest of cheeses.
*Mix eggs and milk together.
*Sprinkle some cheese over
*Bake on medium heat for 30-35 minutes.
*Cool for 15 minutes then cut them to parts to serve
Grilled Shrimp with Chili Pepper and Honey (Main Dish)
Ingredients
1 pound large peeled shrimp
4 tsp honey
4 tsp olive oil
4 diced chili peppers
1 tsp fresh minced garlic
Directions
Mix all ingredients and stir them
well.
Put the ingredients in the refrigerator
for the flavors to mix
Heat the grill at medium heat for
15 – 20 minutes
Put the shrimp for about 3 minutes
on each side
Leave the shrimp until they are
thoroughly cooked.
Serve.
