taste, with an intensely aromatic.
Cardamom is a common ingredient in
cooking. In the Middle East, green cardamom used as a spice for sweet dishes,
traditional flavouring in coffee and tea. Cardamom pods are ground together
with coffee beans to produce a powdered mixture of the two.

More often cardamon used as a
garnish in basmati rice and other dishes. In some countrys, cardamon seeds are
sometimes chewed and used as chewing gum, to neutralize breath odors.

digestive disorders. Also used to break up small kidney stones and gall stones.

Other uses
Cardamom used for digestion problems including
heartburn, intestinal spasms, irritable bowel syndrome, intestinal gas, constipation,
liver and gallbladder complaints. Some studies have shown, that cardamon is
helpful in common cold, cough, bronchitis, sore mouth and throat, and tendency
toward infection. Some people use cardamom as a stimulant and for urinary
problems.
