Lettuce oil for insomnia and sleeping problems

Lettuce is a perfect source of vitamin A, vitamin K and potassium, with higher concentrations of vitamin A found in darker green lettuces. It provides some dietary fiber, carbohydrates, protein and a small amount of fat, some vitamin C, calcium, iron and copper.

 Medical uses
